Throughout this blog, you’ll find that I continue to say Life imitates art… such as drawings, photographs, Musica, and even rap songs. From these portraits of beautiful people to pieces put together of Greek or Roman sculptures – there is something to be studied in every living thing. The photo to the left is in Kraków, Poland, near the Rynek, Main Square close to Wawel Castle Cathedral, a magical city indeed. Right in this spot is a traditional art gallery for local tourists, visitors, and patrons of Poland to observe or buy on any given day. This art changes and depicts often very famous portraits in the city, as well as traditional pieces by local artists as well as some, exchanged. Photo by Nina. Yes. Art breathes and never dies.
Similar to drawings, let’s look at plants, they need oxygen to survive and they are quite beautiful. The handpicked flowers I chose at Burnside Farms that were in season, located in Nokesville, Virginia, were an assortment of 50-cent single Flowers, and 1 dollar Summer Sunflowers each. They ranged from smaller, medium, to Large. There are yellow, red, and often white Sunflowers arranged in fields if they grow all of them – check your local plant farms for what’s in season during the summer! Next spring, the Tulips are to blossom at the end of March so keep your eye out for these beauties. Nature is all good but don’t forget that God also created the earth on which you & I are living, as well as Mars, Pluto, Venus, and the other planets, the Sun, the palm trees, the OCEAN, sunsets, the galaxy, milky way, Mankind, as well as the stars in the sky night or star Sunshine. He created Everything AND all is Good. So Thank God. This is my definition of True Beauty.
Audrey Hepburn in the Community
I am inspired by this woman and her outreach in the world. You may know her from the movie ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s,’ even though she has done so much for the world. Yes, she is a pretty lady, but hear me explain more about Why? and What? about her is the realest reason we stand for at Adventurous Match, and why she is someone I emulate. As I look at her pictures in my room and her sharp, but softly kind eyes, I am reminded how Amazing of a woman – she was. She brought a fresh femininity to the scene, advocated for children’s rights, and was honored for her goodwill in the community. As a Good Will Ambassador, she provided food and relief post World War II to various countries and impoverished communities. She was a peaceful and beautiful woman even in her older age. She is someone I model my business persona after as she is a solid example of kindness and generosity. She is remembered well for her efforts and received a UNICEF award which is the national organization working “in over 190 countries and territories to save children’s lives, to defend their rights, and to help them fulfill their potential, from early childhood through adolescence. And we never give up” (UNICEF site). Hepburn gave a warm welcoming speech to world leaders in 1988 as they “adopted the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. This World Children’s Day, we’re inspired to help every girl and boy live out the promise of these historic words” (YouTube Audrey Hepburn at the United Nations | UNICEF). In her speech, she mentions that “Every child shall enjoy the following rights without any exceptions whatsoever. And shall be entitled to them without distinction or discrimination on account of race, color, sex, language, religion, or politics” (Hepburn, Audrey Hepburn at the United Nations | UNICEF Speech 1988 | Speech audio recording | ).

When you arise in the AM– *straight to the bathroom* to wash your face with cold water (this keeps the pores tighter and closed) with your cleanser. I have been using the Tata Harper Clarifying Cleaner which you can get here via Amazon Affiliates. It’s on the pricier side but this stuff WORKS. It clarifies and cleanses the face day or night. At night, getting the dirt, grime, and makeup off is not harsh on the skin like other cleansers with their chemicals. My Master Esthetician has forced me to switch to this amazing cleanser and there have been no complaints. I still love my La Roche Posay cleanser but this product is an all-natural method. It’s been known to clear up any breakouts quickly and see fast results overnight. “I’m researching and asking friends, peers, and beautiful people their routines, regimens, and ‘Beauty’ principles to follow so expect to see blog posts about this. It’s amazing to use an Eye Cream in the morning or night – still looking for the Perfect one, will be back on this“ – Nina).
Your mirror reflection should breathe a little life into you while loving your God-given appearance. This is your first time in the day to acknowledge cool things about yourself while getting ready to be Wonderful. Having a conversation by doing some Affirmations as discussed previously on the Home Page can be a helpful way to start the day. Have a convo with Lord Jesus to be more ‘Fresh on your Foot’ with a Word of the Day. Sundays are the best! You can write down these sayings on a sticky note and place it above the right where you look directly on your mirror. (Hint: You can get good if you can read & copy/cite a few more verses in meaningful areas of your home for your family, Husband, or kids). The GOAL of “Modern Mineral Make-Up by Janina Raven,” a Beauty Brand focused on Glam is to create and provide a wide array and assortment selection of mineral finish make-up that includes but is not limited to powders, blush, bronzer, eyeshadow color palettes, highlighters for the face, lip “stick,” lipgloss, lipliner, eyeliner, eyebrow pencil “markers,” and natural “looking” wispy but-thick false eyelashes. “I am studying ingredients and all-natural best methods for manufacturing, preparing in which facilities (local, hopefully), cheaper alternatives but spending the money for long-lasting and high-end products. Right now, I have an idea of where to start but, once I’m ready to take the next step with this I’ll share more about this part of my business. For now – please see below for my experience with beauty, facial regimens, and product suggestions as someone that’s had breakouts, combination – sensitive skin type, and anti-aging prevention. ” -Nina.
What I’m first starting to test out is making original body butter and lip balm with flowers, herbs, infused oils, and the like. I received a gifted book about the D-I-Y creation of all types of beauty and wellness products – so – I am determined to figure out the best creational methods and ways to prepare ingredients that a) make a nourishing and healthy product b) is affordable for the people c) good method to make and combine the ingredients and d) is long-lasting (as long as the duration of the product whether with all-natural preservatives or a step above). Still figuring out how exactly this is going to lay out so bear with the process. These types of plans of research or development can take anywhere from 1-5 years for a beginner. But, I plan to make steady and ‘big steppa’ moves the entire time. “Will make updated posts about these plans as I have the time to share my findings and give you a huge helpful chunk of information for your own advice” -Nina.
Easy Beauty TREATMENTS for the facial region
Increase more brightness and glow in the facial region by these things you can Do to minimally or drastically change your look. (These can change the way you look effective immediately. invest if you find yourself desperate to modify something for a change – just like dying your hair a different color or touch-ups; ideas for a difference. But don’t forget… you are born naturally be-au-ti-ful “beautiful“).
BROWS: Truly defines the shape of the face in terms of Strength, Visibility, or Harshness. Many treatments that you can browse for a different look, if you see any favorable methods – see Esthetician for descriptions, styles of eyebrows (tinted, micro-bladed, shaping, and lamination – like Hailey Bieber ♡), and pricing suggestions. My mama is a Master Esthetician so everything I know about skincare is from her, books, and the internet like YouTube. “I plan on doing more posts about in-depth skin product reviews, what works, different styles of beauty trends that I find flattering” -Nina.

Lash Extensions & Filling- Ask your local Lash Technician artist about different types of lash fillings. The Modern Barbie does love her eyes that are open instead of blind. (A blind man (asks Jesus to do something for him and he replies “Look and you will see! Your eyes are healed because of your faith” (Luke 18:38-43)). She carries her wings when blinking as the Lord sees her upon looking across already. You may have discretion upon choosing a Lash Fill and hint: the natural plus hybrid mix w/ volume in black or Dark Brown might be the answer you need (⺣◡⺣). Lash 2 Hard. A sayin’ I would, along with my fellow dance team of Precisionettes (name of Dance Team), would say on the count of 1, 2, 3 team huddle during half-time of the high school football or basketball game before putting on an entertaining performance landing in a jump split. Almost a death on the legs if done improperly. So be sure to plie generously so you have enough leverage to jump off the ground, point those toes, and slide into your splits, right or left. Oh ya, and you’re going to want to stretch into your splits beforehand so you don’t break anythangggg.
For the fills, you’ll want the perfect “Hygiene kit” that does not strip your lashes. These fills last anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Ask your Tech how to clean your lashes in the morning, and night and remove make-up. “I will be studying more info about what products are best for this type of aftercare and share resources in a blog post” -Nina. Face should be fully washed before a lash filling, no eye make-up applied and only a toner to cleanse the face. Additionally, your favorite serum, moisturizer, or oil (I love a Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E oil, tea tree oil for acne spots, and a nice Tea Tree face mask that peels off the layer needing to be exfoliated and dealt with. Oh – and did I mention I LOVE La Roche Posay brand, their Double Repair Matte Moisturizer is my favorite secret and go-to in my routine… only in the morning. Click here to purchase via my affiliate Amazon program (where I make a commission from the point of sale and it does contribute to a great mission). I find applying a moisturizer at night does not benefit my skin- so I use Eveline Cosmetics 2% Sodium Hyaluronate Complex Gluconolactone Vitamin B5 Serum Shot at night to tighten and firm the skin – I wake up with a good base in the morning. Below, I’ve listed alternative serums just as well for the skin because this brand is located in another country – Poland. A good substitute for this serum with B5 is this brand Generic. “I plan on trying different serums, I also love The Ordinary and BLISS Niacinamide + Hyaluronic Acid Serum products that replenish the skin to brightness, while simultaneously hydrating. These products were found at my local Marshalls but you may purchase them online via their links through Amazon. My mom purchased these for me as she is my go-to on expert Skincare via her Esthetics license in all the DMV” -Nina). Oils can be great for the health and hydration of the face and skin, although for the lashes, you’ll want to avoid oil-based products like makeup removers, mascaras, and cleaners. Instead, opt for oil-free cleaners to remove your make-up.

Acne for Young Adults (age range 18-26)
If struggling with ‘acne,’ it is best to consult your Primary Care Physician, Dermatologist, and Esthetician. Fortunately, TheBlondeRaven has worked with Masters (at what they do) targeting “Not So” Stubborn Acne.✦✧ What I mean by this is acne commonly goes away so we must identify the type of skin condition. I am not a licensed, board-certified professional, but I know what has worked with my Sensitive skin type, I will refer products referred to me by Doctors, Dermatologists, and Estheticians, that have helped me. (IMPORTANT NOTE: Consult your doctors and skincare providers before trying anything at your Discretion, and anything suggested on TheBlondeRaven. “I say this not to double back on the provided suggestions, but to encourage you to work out the kinks in your treatment plan by taking charge of what may work for your Combination skin“ -Nina).
The different skin types are Dry, a Combination of Dry & Oily, and Oily. These can range in degrees from minimal to excessive but you’ll simply get the clarification from a skin professional on what type of ‘skin’ you have. Again, please consult with a doctor.
